Description
Now, we can't write:
<toolset>msvc-7.1:<cxxflags>whatever
because "msvc-7.1" is not expanded. This requires to use some ugly syntax to get the desired effect.

This appears to be fixed quite some time ago. The property-set.create-from-user-input function calls expand-subfeatures-in-conditions.
