I took Alexey Pakhunov's midl.jam and changed it to handle xpidl files -- see my message on the Boost.Build list: ​http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lib.boost.build/13571

I changed the generator to produce a dummy C file instead of a CPP file.
