merge gcc.jam and darwin.jam

Description
The fact that users of gcc should use 'gcc' toolset everywhere, but darwin toolset on OSX is a bit confusing. It would be better if gcc and darwin were merged, using compiler's --version output to select the appropriate behaviour.
